Damaged or wrong items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it.
Change of mind
Unused hardware in its original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays return delivery charges.
Consumables (labels, ribbons, paper rolls) and custom-printed items cannot be returned once opened or produced.
Warranty
Printers, scanners, terminals and cash drawers carry the warranty shown on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing faults and does not cover physical damage, burnt print heads from incorrect media, power surges or liquid damage.
To claim warranty, contact us with your order number. We'll arrange inspection, repair or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
